Make sure you have part1.rar , part2.rar , etc., in one folder. Use a modern extractor: Use 7-Zip or WinRAR.
You only need to right-click the first part and select "Extract Here." The software will automatically pull data from the other parts to rebuild the original guide. WULNOT-MW.part3.rar
.part3.rar indicates this is the third piece of a larger file. You cannot open it on its own; you need all parts (e.g., part1, part2, and part3) in the same folder to extract the content. Make sure you have part1
