: Many "multitool" projects on GitHub are designed for penetration testing, Discord automation (like token grabbers or "raiders"), or DDoS simulations.
Because "multitool-master.zip" is a frequent name for "grey-hat" software, it is often flagged by antivirus programs. Security researchers at Triage have analyzed specific versions (like "SoulTaker-Multitool-master.zip") that may contain malicious code.
: Use a service like VirusTotal to check the ZIP file for hidden Trojans or info-stealers.
: Look for a README.md file inside the ZIP or on the source page to understand the tool's intended purpose.
