High-ranking cult members can "Bond" with the Spire. This grants them a unique Flesh-Mend ability, allowing them to regrow lost fingers or toes at the cost of massive temporary exhaustion. Visuals and Effects

Once per quadrum, you can "draft" the Spire to pulse, instantly healing 10% of all fleshy injuries on nearby pawns but granting a temporary "Hunger-Pang" debuff that makes them eat 200% faster.
