The standby light should start blinking rapidly. This indicates the software is installing.
Warning: Do not turn off the TV during this process, or you may "brick" the motherboard.
Move the extracted .bin file to the root of your USB drive (don't put it in a folder). Power Off: Unplug the TV from the wall. Insert USB: Plug the drive into the TV's USB port.
Press and hold the Power button on the TV (not the remote). Power On: While holding the button, plug the TV back in.
The "Samsung" in your search refers to the panel type. If your TV uses a BOE or LG panel with this board, the colors might be inverted.
